| 2 | Toolbox Creative (2009-05-27 23:51:44). Toolbox Creative promised a lot more than they delivered. Then, they charged more than they quoted when they hadn't even completed the work they bid on. Difficult & unpleasant to work with. Did not meet time lines they had contracted to. I will never hire these people again. Do not trust them. |
