Apparently, Free The Nipple Fort Collins won its lawsuit to allow women to go topless. This ruling applies to all states in the 10th Circuit system which includes Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
I suspect that few people will exercise this new found freedom. Probably we will see states pass laws against men going topless.
